Have you ever practiced pilates in the middle of an alpaca herd? Probably not...well, not until you've completed this class!
This class is led by our pal Vanessa Taryn, who you can find on the schedule at ClubPilates in Sherwood Park and Movati Windermere in Edmonton. With its focus on core strength and form, Pilates is a workout for all skill and fitness levels and Vanessa's classes will also ensure that you're laughing (or at least smiling) through the tough bits! In case of inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule on-site events. If this happens you will be notified by email the day before event. Refunds will not be given however you can transfer your registration to someone else or receive credit toward a future purchase.
